The Lone Tree Civic Center is used for many City events including City Council, Municipal Court hearings, and most Commission, Boards and Committee meetings. The community rooms may also be reserved to provide a public meeting space for Lone Tree residents and groups.

General Information
The Lone Tree Civic Center may be reserved to provide a public meeting space for Lone Tree residents and groups. It is located at:
Rooms are available for use daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.
The Civic Center is only available for use by non-profit organizations that have at least one Lone Tree resident as a member. The Civic Center is not available for private use such as birthday parties, wedding receptions, retirement parties, or other events of that nature. Reserving a Meeting Space
To reserve a meeting space, applicants must:
- Be Lone Tree residents
- Verify meeting time is currently not in use
- Complete and submit an application
- Read the Community Room Use Policy
Room information
There are two community rooms available that may be reserved to provide a public meeting space. Each room has a maximum occupancy of 50 people. Community Room A has a carpeted floor finish, and Community Room B has a concrete slab floor finish.
