Event and Food Vendor Application Information

Guidelines

Complete, sign and submit the Event Vendor Application or Event Food Vendor Application via mail to:

An application must be submitted six weeks prior to the event.

Submission of an application does not guarantee the vendor will be offered an opportunity to participate as a vendor at a City event.

Insurance

All applicants must supply a copy of their Certificate of Insurance Liability with their application before they can be considered as a vendor. Naming the City as additionally insured is not required at this time.

Tri-County Health Department License (applicable to Food & Refreshments Vendors only)

Temporary Food Vendor Establishments are required to be licensed by Tri-County Health Department.

Exempt Status: Food Vendors licensed as Mobile or with only selling pre-packaged goods are considered exempt. Proof of exempt status by vendors selling pre-packaged goods only must be submitted with the application form.

Review and Selection Process

The City of Lone Tree reserves the right to restrict the number and type of temporary food vendor establishments and to select vendors who best meet the needs of the event.

Preference is given to vendors who maintain an excellent history of service and adhere to application guidelines in a timely and efficient manner.

All returning applicants must be in good standing with the City of Lone Tree, having not violated any rules or regulations set out in the contracted agreement, paid all fees in a timely fashion, and remitted all sales tax on time.
