Environmental sustainability is achieved through electronics recycling which keeps tons of excess materials from reaching overburdened landfills and ensuring that harmful heavy metals and chemicals in some electronic items cannot pollute the environment. Lone Tree’s provider of door-to-door collections of household hazardous waste, Curbside, also offers door-to-door collections of electronics for residents at a separate cost.

• Available for resident and paid entirely by the resident.
• Collections by appointment, via Curbside’s toll free Hotline. Can be done in combination with the regular HHW pick-up.
• Collections from the door-step of residents.
• All possible items will be recycled.
• No land filling except for trash or non-electronic/electric units.
• Secure removal of items.
• Curbside assumes generator status.
• Items transported by Registered Hazardous Waste Transporter (Curbside).

Curbside will include the collection of electronics in an existing door-to-door household hazardous waste program for the prices per item listed on the price list. The collection of electronics directly from a home must be incidental to the collection of HHW.
