RidgeGate PDD

The largest area of growth in Lone Tree over the next few decades will be the master-planned community known as RidgeGate. It consists of approximately 3,500 acres located south of Lincoln Avenue, and both east and west of I-25. An updated development plan created the vision of RidgeGate as an urban, mixed-use environment that will offer people a variety of residential, employment, shopping and dining options. RidgeGate is currently home to the Sky Ridge Medical Center, Charles Schwab Campus, Lone Tree Recreation Center, and a diversity of residential neighborhoods. RidgeGate will also be home to the future Lone Tree City Center just south of Lincoln Avenue and east of I-25. Visit RidgeGate's website for more information.

Entertainment District

The Entertainment District was originally developed in the late 1980s prior to the incorporation of the City of Lone Tree. It is located at the Southeast corner of C-470 and South Yosemite St. Over the years, a significant amount of development occurred in the area. The Entertainment District is home to a wide variety of attractions, businesses, restaurants, and hotels. The City engaged the Urban Land Institute in December 2012 to provide a Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) consisting of experts in real estate development and design. The Panel presented findings to the City Council, encouraging the development of a Vision and Repositioning Strategy for the Entertainment District Area.
