Outstanding Youth of Lone Tree Award

The Lone Tree Youth Commission, in partnership with the City of Lone Tree, awards the Outstanding Youth of Lone Tree Award to recognize youth in the community who demonstrate a commitment to community involvement as well as personal achievement. The award provides an opportunity to showcase the talents and contributions of young people at an annual award ceremony during a Lone Tree City Council Meeting. The award winner is recognized by the Mayor and City Council and receives a cash prize of $1,000.

The application opens on February 12 and closes on March 20. Selected applicants will be contacted regarding interviews as the final phase of the application process after March 28.

Sabrina Ng Selected for 2022 Outstanding Youth of Lone Tree Award

Sabrina Ng was selected by the Youth Commission to be the 2022 Outstanding Youth of Lone Tree.

Sabrina is currently a Senior at Highlands Ranch High School where she is a National Merit Semifinalist with a grade point average (GPA) above a 4.0. As a junior, she was named the Art, Math, and Social Studies Student of the Year. Additionally, Sabrina has served as the Vice-President of the National Honor Society, CO-President of the National Art Honor Society, President of Homework Club, and Mu Alpha Theta (a Math Honor Society for high school and 2-year college students). Ng also volunteers at the library, the Eagle Ridge Elementary Science Fair, and serves on the Sustainability and Recreation Club at Highlands Ranch High School.
