Solicitation

For Residents

Lone Tree residents have the ability to join the City’s no-solicitation list (also known as the no-knock list) to stop solicitors from soliciting at their homes.

To register for the City’s no-solicitation list just complete this form. Once registered, the City will mail you a no-solicitation sticker to display at your front door.

For Solicitors

Registration with the City is required for solicitors, hawkers, and peddlers.  A canvasser is not required to register with the City but may do so in order to assure City residents of the canvasser’s good faith. Each person operating under a solicitation permit is required to carry it on his/her person at all times and produce the permit if requested by an officer, agent, or resident of the City.

To register, complete this form. A city staff member will then contact you to collect any registration fees (if applicable) and to supply you with your permit.
