About the Audit Committee

During the spring of 2003, the City established an Audit Committee comprised of a Council member, the City Manager, the City Chief Financial Officer and three residents of Lone Tree who are certified public accountants or who otherwise possess the expertise and experience in accounting, auditing, financial reporting and finance needed to understand and resolve issues raised by the independent audit of the City’s financial statements.

Meetings

1st Wednesday of the last month of every quarter (March, June, September, December) at 9 a.m. at the Lone Tree Municipal Building (9220 Kimmer Drive Suite 100 Lone Tree, CO 80124).

 

Apply to be on a Commission, Board or Committee

From now until December 1, we are accepting applications for 2025 appointments to all CBCs. Applications are collected annually and are kept on file for one year to fill any vacancies that may arise during that period. When a vacancy occurs, City Council will review the applications and invite selected individuals for interviews. Applications submitted when there are no openings will be considered when an opening occurs.
