What is Link on Demand?
Link on Demand is a FREE shuttle service that provides on-demand rides anywhere within Lone Tree city limits.
What do I do if I’m having trouble with a ride or if I have questions about the service?
You can contact the Link On Demand team by e-mail at [email protected] or by phone at 719-212-2430, and our staff will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
Is the shuttle wheelchair-accessible?
Yes, it is equipped with ramps to assist wheelchairs getting on and off the Link. When creating your rider profile on the phone app, please indicate that you need wheelchair access.
Can I schedule a ride in advance?
You can! However, pre-scheduled rides are not guaranteed. Rides scheduled ahead of time simply directs the app to make requests from the available capacity of the system at the time you need your ride. This means there may have been others who have booked rides previous to your time.
How old do I have to be to ride?
We ask that riders under the age of 18 create an account and ride the service with their parents permission.
