Happy Holidays, Lone Tree!

There is so much to love about the holidays! Hopefully, you’ve been able to enjoy the season with family and friends at one of Lone Tree’s community events, an Arts Center show, or shopping, dining, and celebrating at one of our amazing retailers or restaurants. Lone Tree offers much to see and do and I encourage you to explore your City over the new year.

2022 will be remembered as another successful and transformative year for Lone Tree. Driving along I-25, you’ve probably noticed new construction on the east side of our community. Lone Tree residents approved this development in 1999 with an annexation vote, and it is exciting to see this vision come to life!

Looking Ahead to 2023

During 2022, we also welcomed new residents, businesses, and amenities in the traditional part of our City. 2023 promises to bring even more! Construction of the long-awaited *6* pickle ball courts adjacent to the Lone Tree Recreation Center will begin next year, along with some renovations in The Vistas at the Park Meadows Retail Resort, and new offerings at the Lone Tree Arts Center. The City will also be making additional investments in Public Safety and Transportation and Mobility. We’re excited to announce more in 2023!

It’s clear we have much to be grateful for in Lone Tree. Our City continues to attract investment, grow businesses, and gain popularity. While Lone Tree grows and evolves, maintaining the quality and character of our City remains the top priority for City Council and Staff. So stay engaged in 2023, attend a Connect with Council event or Council Meeting, check out the City website, and the Arts Center calendar.

Lone Tree’s future remains bright and as we end 2022, I want to thank you for the honor of serving as your Mayor. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and Happy New Year, Lone Tree!
