2022 Asphalt Overlay

Residential Streets

As part of the City’s concrete repair and asphalt overlay program, the City of Lone Tree will be performing asphalt overlay in the areas below throughout June, July, and early August. 

A map of all streets being overlayed this summer can be found here. Residents will be notified of work in their area with a door hanger before construction starts on their street. Streets slated for improvements this year include the neighborhoods of Muirfield, Carriage Club, Fairways, RidgeGate, and The Charter.

Please note that several streets will be impacted during trash pickup days (denoted below with an *). Residents on impacted roads should put trash and recycling out the night before pickup. This will help ensure waste collection vehicles can pickup trash and be off the roads before overlay begins. 

Work will be active on residential streets from 7 a.m. through 7 p.m. on the days noted below (schedule is subject to change pending weather and other external factors).
