This is a proposal for a 0.644-acre park proposed to be located adjacent to the RidgeGate RTD Light Rail Station and the future mixed-use multifamily developments. The proposed park design includes a dog park, playground, picnic tables and multi-functional sod area, along with supporting features such as landscaping, benches, bike racks and trash cannisters. The site is part of the City Center Planning Area 7 within the RidgeGate Planned Development, 6th Amendment; the park site is further described in the City Center Sub-Area Plan.
