The City is kicking off the Lincoln Avenue concrete and overlay project with concrete repair first, which is expected to be completed in three phases with Phase I starting on May 3. Please refer to map below for live traffic updates.

Concrete Repair
Phase I (May 3 – 7): Concrete repair will start in Phase I on north side of Lincoln Avenue at I25. Concrete repair will move west then flipping to south side moving east. Single right lane closures expected from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Phase II (May 10 – 24): Begin work on north side of Lincoln Avenue starting at Phase I border and move west then rotate to south side of Lincoln Avenue and move back to the east. Lane closures possible between 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Phase III (May 24 – June 4): Begin work on north side of Lincoln Avenue starting at Phase II border and move west. Rotate to south side of Lincoln Avenue and move back to the east. Lane Closures possible between 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Overlay
Phase I (June 14 – 18 & June 21 – July 20): This phase will kick off on June 14 with the removal of concrete crosswalks prior to rotomill and overlay. On June 21, rotomill and overlay is expected to start. Multi-lane closures expected from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Phase II (Early August): Rotomill and overlay of Phase II and roadway reconstruction of EB Lincoln Avenue across from Rosemont Avenue. Multi-lane closures expected between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Phase III (Mid-late August): Rotomill and overlay of Phase III. Multi-lane closures expected between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
