Minor Amendments to Lone Tree Zoning Code

The City of Lone Tree is proposing minor amendments to Chapter 16 of the City Municipal Code. These amendments are intended to:

• Update the powers of the Planning Commission, consistent with March 2022 updates to Chapter 16;
• Clarify the role of the Community Development Director; and
• Repeal sections pertaining to the withdrawal of Rezoning and Use by Special Review applications to provide consistency with other sections of the code.
