This is a proposal for a replat of the RidgeGate Sec. 22, Filing 1 single-family detached subdivision. The proposal includes lot line adjustments and the creation of nineteen additional tracts. The tract additions accommodate alterations to the Homeowner Association’s irrigation system and do not expand the total land area of the subdivision. The site is part of the Commercial/Mixed-Use area #2 and the Residential/Mixed-Use Area #11 within the RidgeGate Planned Development, 6th Amendment.
