Lone Tree Police Launch Community Outreach Program for Older Adults

Home > News > Lone Tree Police Launch Community Outreach Program for Older Adults

The Lone Tree Police Department is launching a new community outreach program aimed at supporting the City’s older adults, ensuring they remain connected to essential resources, services, and social opportunities. This initiative is designed to combat isolation among seniors, helping them navigate the challenges and opportunities of living and aging while fostering a sense of belonging within the community.  By the Police providing tailored assistance and creating meaningful connections, the program ensures that no older adult is forgotten, offering them the support they need including resources for transportation, help at home, companionship, and education.
