The Community Development Department oversees all planning, building, and code and zoning compliance functions in the city. Together, our innovative team of professionals implements the community vision through outstanding customer service.
Our Responsibilities Include:
- Development review
- Current and long-range land use planning
- Building and sign permitting and inspections
- Code enforcement
- Temporary use permits
- Forestry and landscape plan compliance (commercial)
