The City Manager’s Office helps guide Lone Tree forward by turning City Council’s vision into everyday action. At its core, the City Manager’s Office is here to ensure Lone Tree continues to be a welcoming, connected, and thriving community, and a national model for innovation, excellence, and effective leadership.  

Our Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing daily operations of the City
  • Preparing and managing the City’s budget and financial planning  
  • Carrying out the vision and priorities of the City Council
  • Building strong relationships with residents, businesses, neighboring jurisdictions, and regional organizations
  • Guiding long-term projects and initiatives that shape Lone Tree’s future
  • Hiring, managing and supporting City staff to deliver excellent service
  • Ensuring the community’s needs are heard and addressed
  • Improving City programs and services
