Major Highways
Lone Tree is conveniently served by three major highways including I-25, C-470, and E-470, providing easy access to surrounding areas and enhanced connectivity for residents. With well-maintained roads and infrastructure, Lone Tree is conveniently situated for seamless travel to key destinations around the region and state. I-25 and C-470 are maintained by the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT). For convenience, toll passes are available on E-470, express lanes on I-25, C-470 and E-470 is maintained by the E-470 Public Highway Authority.
Link on Demand Service
Lone Tree’s Link on Demand is a FREE shuttle service that provides on-demand rides and seamless connections between transit, employment, retail, and recreational opportunities and amenities. The service has expanded to include Lone Tree, Meridian, Highlands Ranch, parts of Parker, and Castle Rock.
Riders can be picked up at their requested location in branded, wheelchair accessible, family-friendly vehicles driven by professional drivers. Residents are encouraged to use the service for its convenient, efficient, and exceptional travel experience it offers in the Lone Tree community and beyond.
Light Rail, Bus and Other Transportation Services
Provided by the Regional Transportation District (RTD), Lone Tree is served by comprehensive public transportation options covering light rail, regional and local buses, demand responsive services, and vanpools.

Regional buses from Lone Tree to Colorado Springs, called Bustang, are operated by the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT). Go to Bustang for schedules and information.
