Our Responsibilities Include:
- Presenting high-quality performances, from internationally and nationally recognized artists to local community showcases.
- Producing Broadway-quality, professional theatrical productions.
- Supporting arts education through student matinees, workshops, school programs, and youth outreach.

A Model of National Excellence
Owned and operated by the City of Lone Tree, the Lone Tree Arts Center is built on a unique hybrid model producing award-winning theatrical productions while also presenting nationally and internationally recognized touring artists. Since opening in 2011, LTAC has become known for excellence in the arts, earning critical acclaim and honors including multiple Colorado Theatre Guild Henry Awards, the Denver Mayor’s Award for Excellence in the Arts, and the Scientific Cultural Facilities District (SCFD) Rex Morgan Award for Innovative Programming.
Step inside and you’ll find a welcoming grand entry hall with event and gallery space, a 500-seat main stage theater with orchestra and balcony seating, state-of-the-art lighting and sound, and acoustics designed to perfection. The Center also features a 200-seat event hall for intimate performances and gatherings, which opens through a glass wall onto a 350-seat outdoor terrace theater.

Our History
Thanks to a bond approved by the citizens of Lone Tree in 2008, the Lone Tree Arts Center opened its doors in 2011 as a professional, innovative, and environmentally sustainable venue. Built on a multi-million-dollar parcel of land donated by the developers of the RidgeGate community south of Lincoln Avenue, the Arts Center was designed by Westlake Reed Leskosky, a nationally recognized leader in performing arts center design. Since its opening, the Arts Center has welcomed more than 60,000 people each year for performances, community events, and rentals.
