New King Soopers Marketplace Planned to be More Than a Grocery Store 

Lone Tree marked an exciting milestone on April 10 with the groundbreaking of Lone Tree Village – the new King Soopers Marketplace in RidgeGate. 

This project is an important step in bringing the Lone Tree Village area to life and moves the community closer to a more connected, convenient future. Once complete, residents will have easier access to shopping, dining, and everyday services right in the heart of one of the City’s fastest-growing areas. 

The site, located along RidgeGate Parkway, is planned to include not only the King Soopers Marketplace but also additional retail and community-oriented spaces designed to serve both current residents and those who will call Lone Tree home in the years ahead. 

Projects like this highlight Lone Tree’s continued focus on thoughtful growth and strong partnerships as RidgeGate evolves. City leaders and partners look forward to seeing Lone Tree Village take shape in the coming years. 

Lone Tree Village is expected to be open in 2027.
