Recreation Advisory Committee
In Lone Tree, recreation is at the heart of community life from scenic trails and vibrant parks to activities that bring the community together.
The Recreation Advisory Committee plays a key role in shaping these experiences. Working alongside City staff and the South Suburban Park and Recreation District (SSPRD), the committee helps expand and enhance recreation opportunities throughout the City, keeping Lone Tree an active, connected, and fun place to live and play.
Meetings are held at 5:30 pm, the first Monday of each month, except for July, August, and December when no meetings are held (unless otherwise posted).

Applications are collected annually and are kept on file for one year to fill any vacancies that may arise during that period. When a vacancy occurs, City Council will review the applications and invite selected individuals for interviews. Applications submitted when there are no openings will be considered when an opening occurs.
