Lone Tree’s Lyric neighborhood on the east side of I-25 continues to grow with the opening of The Groove Café and the new Lyric Amenity Center, creating a welcoming destination for residents and visitors.
Located at 10930 Lyric Street, The Groove Café is now open to the public, serving coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner before transitioning into a full-service restaurant and bar in the evening. Inspired by music and designed as the social heart of the Lyric neighborhood, the café features indoor seating, a spacious outdoor patio and community gathering spaces that will host events throughout the year, including live music.
The café is part of the new 7,500-square-foot Lyric Amenity Center, which officially opened in June. While The Groove Café welcomes the public, the center’s fitness building, swimming pool and resident gathering spaces are reserved for homeowners in the Lyric community. Together, the amenities are designed to encourage connection and create a vibrant neighborhood experience year-round.
The opening marks another milestone in the continued development of Lyric at RidgeGate, a 700-acre residential village by Shea Homes that will eventually include approximately 1,900 homes. More than 100 homes have already been completed, with hundreds of additional families expected to move into the community in the coming years.
As Lone Tree continues to evolve, new amenities like The Groove Café provide spaces where neighbors can meet, families can gather and the community can enjoy another local destination.
The Groove is open Sunday through Wednesday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m; Thursday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m; and Friday and Saturday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Join them every Friday from 5:00-8:00pm for live music featuring some of Colorado’s talented local musicians!
