Sustainability Committee
Its mission is to intentionally promote a sustainable Lone Tree community that serves the City’s current and future needs through a collaborative and innovative approach to environmental, social, and economic well-being. Their work includes participating in community clean up events.
IDEA Committee
Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility
The IDEA committee promotes a welcoming, inclusive, and accessible culture across all City departments. Through educational opportunities and celebrations of cultural events, the committee helps staff connect, learn from one another, and appreciate the vast array of backgrounds and perspectives that strengthen our organization.

Focused on lifting spirits, building camaraderie, and promoting staff engagement, this committee plans fun events that bring staff together. Whether it’s a backpack drive for local kids, a surprise ice cream truck visit, or a cornhole tournament, these gatherings celebrate our staff and make working here something special.
Safety Committee
Safety is a team effort. Through hands‑on training like CPR, first aid, self‑defense, and other safety programs, the Employee Safety Committee creates a safer, healthier workplace for everyone.
