In 1995, Mark and Shannon Weston settled their family in Lone Tree, and later were inspired by a vision to bring clean, nourishing food to their community. What began as a small dream has since blossomed into something greater – a mission-driven business that resonates deeply with those that it serves. Vibe Foods, founded in Lone Tree in 2017, is a testament to the Westons’ commitment to both quality food and a strong sense of connection with their customers.
When the Westons’ opened their first store in Lone Tree, they admit they had no clue what they were doing. But they knew one thing for sure: they wanted to make a difference. Their journey into food and wellness started years earlier, when their youngest son faced unexplained health challenges. At the time, the solutions offered were not going to work for him, as no attention was being paid to what might be causing the issues. Desperate for answers, they dove into the world of food and discovered that his struggles were directly linked to what he was eating. By eliminating harmful ingredients and focusing on clean, nutrient-dense foods, his health was restored. Since then, he’s been thriving in every way. That life- changing experience mobilized the Westons’ to learn everything about food and how it impacts the human body, planting the seed for what would become Vibe Foods.
As longtime residents of Lone Tree and raising their four children here, the Westons’ have deep roots in this community. They’ve watched Lone Tree grow and change, and when they opened the doors to their first Vibe Foods store, it was more than a business—it was an extension of their home. At Vibe Foods, the shelves are filled with organic juices, bone broths, superfood bowls, paleo baked goods, and more—all meticulously crafted without chemicals, gluten, refined /processed sugar, or unnecessary additives. Every ingredient is vetted for quality because the Westons’ believe that foods should heal and nourish.
What makes Vibe Foods truly special is its customers as many have been customers from the very beginning. They’re more than patrons; they’re family. Whether it’s celebrating a milestone, sharing health tips, or catching up on life, the relationships are the heartbeat of their business.
Today, as Vibe Foods grows, the Westons’ are proud to have maintained the same passion and standards that defined their business from the start. They continue their mission to make clean, healing food accessible, while staying true to the values that built their first store in Lone Tree. Vibe Foods has five locations, including Lone Tree, Littleton, Parker and Memphis, Tennessee, and plans are underway for continued growth to share their passion with many more. They are excited to continuing nourishing families, friends, and neighbors for years to come and living VIBErantly together!
