This is a proposal for a final plat to plat an existing property to provide space for the expansion of the Lone Tree Public Works facility at 10151 First Street. The existing property has been recently expanded from approximately 2 acres to 10 acres through a conveyance of property to the City from the master developer of RidgeGate. This proposed final plat will formally record the conveyed property as a platted lot.
