This is a proposal for a Site Improvement Plan for a new Douglas County School District Elementary School. The project site is located at the northwest corner of Adage Street and Lyric Street in the Lyric neighborhood of Lone Tree on the east side of Interstate 25. A new 84,863 square foot building with site amenities that include playgrounds, parking, and connections to the adjacent Bebop Park are proposed on the 8 acre site.
