RidgeGate Southwest Village Filing No. 5

This is a proposal for a final subdivision plat of 111.762-acres of land within the Southwest Village Preliminary Plan area (also referred to as the Lyric community).  The land proposed to be platted is located south of High Note Avenue, west of the Badger Gulch corridor, and north of the Douglas County East-West Trail corridor.  The proposal includes the creation of 242 single family detached residential lots, 1 tract for a minor expansion of a neighborhood park initially platted in the second phase of the Lyric community, 3 tracts for proposed City-owned open space land dedication, and numerous tracts for HOA-maintained landscaping and infrastructure.  The proposed subdivision is located within the RidgeGate Planned Development District, 7^th Amendment and the Southwest Village Preliminary Plan, 1^st Amendment areas.

Please note that this subdivision plat will be reviewed and approved by the City Manager, per Sec. 17-4-20 of the Lone Tree Municipal Code and the Southwest Village Master Improvements Agreement.
