Engineering & Development Review
The Engineering team plays an important role in how Lone Tree develops. We review public infrastructure projects like roadways and storm sewers, as well as private residential and commercial projects, such as new neighborhoods, retail centers, and offices.
Each project goes through a detailed technical review to make sure it meets City regulations and design standards. This includes checking construction plans for grading and erosion control, roadway and parking lot design, site access, pavement striping, utility connections, stormwater management, and traffic impacts. We also review supporting studies and reports, such as pavement design, traffic impact studies, and stormwater management reports. By taking a close look at every detail, we help ensure projects are safe, efficient, and built to serve the community now and into the future.
