Shop Local, Earn Rewards!

What is District Deals?

In collaboration with the Lone Tree Business Improvement District (LTBID), the City is offering a new rewards program for patrons who shop or dine at businesses located in the Lone Tree Entertainment District When you join District Deals cash rewards program, you earn 5% back on every purchase.  

How Does It Work?

1. Download the app and create your account for free 

Download the Open Rewards app on your device from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

2. Link Your Account (Optional) 

Linking your card or bank account allows for elligible purchases made within the Entertrainment District with that card or bank account to automatically populate in the app. If you do not want to link a card or bank account, you can claim rewards by uploading a reciept from an elligible purchase.

If you would like to link your card or bank account, go to profile in the bottom right and click on Profile. Then click on “Linked Accounts and Cards.” There, you can connect your back account and/or cards to your individual Open Rewards account.

3. Earn Rewards 

Spend anywhere in the Entertainment District to earn rewards. To get started:

  • Click on the Discover tab at the bottom
  • Click on the top right where it says, “near me.”
  • In the search bar, search “Lone Tree, CO” then click on it.
  • Now, it will show you all of the businesses where you can earn rewards. Also, you can click on the map on the top right to see where they are located.

4. Claim Rewards 

When you are ready to claim rewards:

  • Go to the home page and “claim/redeem”, then click Claim.
  • Search for the business and select it.
  • Select the transaction from your linked financials, or select “upload receipt instead.” Then select “submit.”
 

Keep in mind, that if you linked your card or bank, it may take a couple of days to appear in the app.

5. Redeem Rewards 

When you are ready to redeem rewards:

  • Click “claim/redeem” on the home page, then click Redeem.
  • Choose your payout method. You can choose PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or check.

Where is the Entertainment District?

The Entertainment District includes a large area. On the north, it is bounded by C-470, and the south edge ends at Forsstrom Drive. On the east side, the district ends at Cranelli’s Italian Restaurant., and on the west, it ends at Tires Plus on Park Meadows Drive.

All businesses in the Entertainment District have Open Rewards, including the following:

Why is Lone Tree Doing This?

The Lone Tree Entertainment District is a key part of the City’s vision for a vibrant, destination-oriented economy. This area is being reimagined as a lively hub where restaurants, entertainment venues, retail, and gathering spaces come together to create energy and excitement in the heart of our community. 

The City is working closely with partners and property owners to reactivate the district encouraging a mix of uses that attracts both residents and visitors, supports local businesses, and strengthens Lone Tree’s role as a regional destination. 

Information for Businesses in the Entertainment District

If your business is in the Entertainment District, you do not have to do anything to be included in this program. However, we would be happy to have you as a partner to help promote this program. We hope that it will help increase your customers, and improve customer loyalty.
