The City of Lone Tree is reviewing a proposal for a Use by Special Review (USR) and associated Site Improvement Plan (SIP) application. This proposal is for the development of a water booster pump station that is intended to provide potable water to the proposed Hillcamp Development on the west side of I-25. The pump station development will consist of an approximately 2,000 square-foot building for water pumps and equipment. The site will contain a generator, water quality pond, and paved area for access and parking surrounded by a security fence and gate.
