This is a proposal for a final subdivision plat of 25.405 acres of land within the RidgeGate East Villages Sub-Area Plan area.  The land proposed to be platted is located north of RidgeGate Parkway (westbound).  The proposal includes the creation of 4 lots for the development of the Lone Tree Justice Center (currently under construction) and future institutional and commercial-mixed use development sites, and also includes right-of-way for a northern extension of High Note Avenue and other tracts for access and utilities.  The proposed plat area is part of the RidgeGate Parkway Couplet District as identified within the RidgeGate East Villages Sub-Area Plan.
