The proposal includes the redevelopment of a vacant restaurant (Red Lobster), in which the existing building will be demolished, and a new restaurant building will be constructed. The proposal includes the development of other site amenities including a sidewalk connection to Westview Road, landscaping and exterior lighting. The proposed development will maintain all existing access points to the site. The site is part of Planning Area C (The Office Park Component) within Park Meadows Town Center Planned Development (PD).
