This is a proposal for the development of a new townhome community by Thrive Homebuilders for a townhome development of 64 townhome units, with each dwelling unit located on its own platted and legal lot. The project is located within the RidgeGate SW Village Preliminary Plan area (also known as the Lyric neighborhood). The townhomes are proposed in groups of two units with a shared common wall between each of those two units. The project also includes the development of a private alley and common open areas, which are proposed to be owned and maintained by a homeowner’s association.
Please note that this proposal is for one project but includes two applications:
- Final Plat application to replat the existing property with new lot lines to create individual lots for each townhome unit and tracts for common open space; and
- Site Improvement Plan (SIP) application for the buildings and site improvements associated with the project.
