This is a proposal for a 141,978 square foot amenity center at the south-east corner of Lyric Street and High Note Avenue. The development will include a 4,829 square foot café and sales center, 3,620 square foot fitness building, and 520 square foot pavilion. The proposal also includes the development of other site amenities including sidewalks, bike storage, landscaping, off-street parking, a pool, and outdoor patio space. The site is part of R/MU area 12 within the RidgeGate Planned Development, 6th Amendment.
