Victim Services

LTPD is dedicated to providing the highest quality of services available to victims of crime and tragedy.  The Victim Services Unit, which partners with the Parker Police Department is available 24 hours, 7 days a week, and provides direct services to victims, their families or designees.  Victim Services ensures that all reasonable efforts are made to inform victims of their rights, appropriate support services, information and advocacy. These services include but are not limited to, crisis intervention services, follow-up contact, criminal justice support and advocacy and referrals and information for assistance provided by other sources.

If you are a victim of a crime, it is your right to be informed and to participate in all critical stages of the criminal justice process. For more information regarding victim rights and services that you may be entitled to, please see The Rights of Victims of Crime.

VINE
If the suspect in your case has been arrested or will be arrested, please be aware that we have a self-enrollment victim notification program in our jail. We participate in the Colorado statewide VINE notification system. You can register online at VINE or by phone at 888.263.8463.

Please note that you must re-enroll in the notification program each time the defendant has been arrested, even if you have previously registered for a prior arrest.
