Lone Tree Unified Development Code
Help Shape the Future of Lone Tree
The City of Lone Tree has recently launched a project to create a new Unified Development Code (UDC). Building on the vision established in the recently adopted Lone Tree Elevated Comprehensive Plan, the UDC will combine such items as land use standards, subdivision regulations, design standards, and development regulations into a single, user-friendly document.
The UDC will play a significant role in helping to implement the Comprehensive Plan’s goals and vision for thoughtful growth, housing choice, mobility, economic vitality, sustainability, and high-quality development.
Community Open House
Wednesday, August 26
5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Lone Tree Arts Center
Residents, business owners, developers, and community leaders are invited to participate in our open house!
The open house will be an engaging, self-guided experience. Participants can visit a series of interactive stations focused on topics that influence everyday life in Lone Tree. The ideas and feedback shared during the open house will help identify opportunities, address challenges, and inform the drafting of the updated code.
Why Your Input Matters
Community participation is an important part of creating a development code that reflects Lone Tree’s values and aspirations. Your feedback will help ensure the new UDC is clear, predictable, and aligned with the community’s vision while supporting a vibrant, connected, and innovative future.
