This is a proposal for a planned development rezoning, plat amendment, and Site Improvement Plan to allow development of a Dutch Bros Coffee east of the Quebec Street and Park Meadows Drive intersection. The project site is located between 7430 and 7350 Park Meadows Drive within an existing parking lot north of the Kohl’s department store in the Lone Tree Town Center Planned Development. A new 0.70-acre parcel is being proposed for a 950-square-foot coffee shop with dual drive-through lanes, a covered walk-up window, patio space, and associated site improvements.
