This is a proposal for a Preliminary Plan for Residential Planning Areas/Parcels 4 and 5 within the Southridge Preserve Planned Development District. A Preliminary Plan is the first step in the subdivision process for single-family detached development. Preliminary Plans are intended to examine the feasibility of a single-family detached development project, and if approved, all future subdivision plats are required to be consistent with the approved Preliminary Plan. The Hillcamp Southridge Preserve Preliminary Plan proposes preliminary development plans for 82 residential single-family detached lots, roadways providing access to each lot, and numerous tracts for a public park, public open space, private open space, an amenity center, and utilities/infrastructure.
Please note that the applicant has submitted four separate applications for concurrent review by the City of Lone Tree. These four applications make up the applicant’s initial development proposal for the “Hillcamp” community. While being reviewed concurrently, each application must be reviewed and decided upon by the City separately.
