This is a proposal for a Final Plat for the extension of Cabela Drive from its current terminus to the south. The applicant is proposing to extend Cabela Drive and name the extended street “Hillcamp Trail”, which is proposed as the main public street connection to the proposed Hillcamp development to the south at the upper portion of the bluffs along the south side of Lone Tree. The Final Plat application includes a subdivision of the property for the proposed street extension, which would dedicate public right-of-way for the street and additional tracts for retaining walls and infrastructure to support the proposed street extension. The Final Plat application includes full construction plans for the proposed street extension. The proposal also includes a proposed crossing of Hillcamp Drive over the existing East West Trail and a new bridge to provide a grade-separated crossing for the East West Trail over the new Hillcamp Drive street.
Please note that the applicant has submitted four separate applications for concurrent review by the City of Lone Tree. These four applications make up the applicant’s initial development proposal for the “Hillcamp” community. While being reviewed concurrently, each application must be reviewed and decided upon by the City separately.
