Lone Tree Elevated
The Comprehensive Plan, called Lone Tree Elevated, is a long-range planning document that reflects the long-term land use goals of the community.
Development in Lone Tree is guided by the elements, goals, objectives and strategic actions established in the plan. The plan is reviewed every three years and is updated regularly in consideration of changing conditions, trends, regulations, and city council direction.
Where is Lone Tree growing?
Lone Tree is already home to numerous signature retail, arts and recreational destinations, along with major employment centers, health care services, a range of housing types, five light rail stops, and other multi-modal transportation options, including Link on Demand shuttle service.
The largest area of growth in Lone Tree over the coming decades will be east of I-25 and south of Lincoln Avenue in the RidgeGate master-planned area, including a 400-acre City Center. RidgeGate is an urban, mixed-use environment that offers people a variety of residential, employment, shopping, and dining options.
