The City of Lone Tree is reviewing a proposal for a Use by Special Review (USR) and associated Site Improvement Plan (SIP) application. This proposal is for a new Parker Water & Sanitation District (PWSD) Well Site located in Badger Gulch, interior improvements to the existing RidgeGate Well House, and a transmission raw water pipeline that will connect the proposed Well Site to the existing Well House.
