ENERGY STAR® New Homes
This program is for efficient new home construction, which provides incentives for builders to build homes that exceed local energy code and baseline requirements for energy efficiency by at least 10%. Benefits of efficient homes include lower energy costs, fewer maintenance concerns, healthier indoor air quality, increased home comfort and quietness, and higher resale values.
