Arts Commission
Art has the power to bring people together, spark new ideas, and transform a City. The Lone Tree Arts Commission plays a key role in shaping how art enhances life in our community. Whether it’s a sculpture in a park, a family-friendly concert, or an emerging artist exhibit, the Arts Commission ensures that creativity thrives in every corner of our City.
The Commission works closely with City staff and the Lone Tree Arts Center to:
Select and recommend public art installations that reflect the character and spirit of Lone Tree.
Curate rotating gallery exhibits showcasing regional artists and new perspectives.
Promote arts programs and performances that inspire, connect, and engage residents of all ages.
Champion creativity in public spaces — helping art come alive through interactive and accessible experiences.
Commission members bring diverse backgrounds, from artists and educators to community advocates and business leaders, all united by a shared belief that art enriches the heart of Lone Tree.
The Arts Commission meets at 6:00 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month at the Lone Tree Arts Center.
