Kiewit, one of the largest construction and engineering companies in North America, is building a new regional hub at the Sky Ridge Station in RidgeGate. The company broke ground in 2019 on its 400,000-square-foot campus project, topping out the first of two buildings in early March 2020.
Construction of the second building is scheduled to begin this summer.

The Lone Tree campus will house Kiewit’s current Colorado-based staff of 900 and allow for continued workforce growth to meet business demands in the region.
