Concrete Replacement
As part of this work each year, concrete will be replaced on key roads in the City of Lone Tree. During this work, impacted roads will have one lane of traffic open in each direction.
Roads scheduled for concrete replacement this year are:
Park Meadows Drive
Work beginning on Wednesday, April 19.
Kimmer Drive
Work beginning on Friday, April 28.
Forsstrom Drive
Work beginning on Wednesday, May 3.
Teddy Lane
Work beginning on Thursday, May 4.
Brook Lane
Work beginning on Friday, May 5.
Merideth Court & Ritenour Court
Work beginning on Monday, May 8
Bluffmont Drive, Blufftop Way, Kornburst Drive, RidgeGate Circle, Bellweather Lane, and Halstead Lane
Work beginning on Tuesday, May 9.
Neighborhood Streets
As part of the City’s concrete repair and asphalt overlay program, the City of Lone Tree will be performing work in the areas below throughout May, June, July, and early August.
A map of all sidewalks being repaired and streets being overlayed this summer can be found above. Residents will be notified of work in their area with a door hanger before construction starts on their street. Streets slated for improvements this year include the neighborhoods of Lone Tree Terrace, The Fairways, Bluffmont Estates, Bluffmont Heights, and Lincoln Park.
Please note that several streets will be impacted during trash pickup days. Residents on impacted roads should put trash and recycling out the night before pickup. This will help ensure waste collection vehicles can pickup trash and be off the roads before overlay begins.

Arterial Roads
Arterial roads throughout Lone Tree will also see overlay work conducted during the summer months. Work conducted on these roads will take place between 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.
