This application proposes to amend the City Center Sub-Area Plan to reflect changes in the land use designation of a 4.5 acre parcel in advance of plans for a proposed Middle-Income Housing Project near the intersection of Havana Street and High Note Avenue. The housing project is not the subject of this application. Should that project move forward, it would be subject to a separate Site Improvement Plan application and public review process.

That site is currently designated for commercial use by the Sub-Area Plan. This application would switch the land use designation for the site from Commercial to “Residential” and, in turn, re-designate a 4.5 acre site north of RidgeGate Parkway from Residential to Commercial land use designation.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE 

This proposal will be heard by the Planning Commission on March 26, 2024. The meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the Lone Tree Civic Center in the City Council Chambers, 8527 Lone Tree Pkwy., 80124.
