This is a proposal for a condominium map supplement for a 5.16 acre site (Heritage Hills Filing No. 2, 2nd Amendment, lots 7-A1, 8A-1 and 8A-2). The site is part of the Heritage Hills Planned Development, Planning Area 9. This condo map supplement will expand the airspace boundaries for Unit 1 (upper level of the existing parking structure) and has been requested as part of the Lincoln Station Site Improvement Plan development application, as well as a development application to amend the Heritage Hills Filing No. 2, 2nd Amendment plat.
