The polls are closed and unofficial election results (pending final certification) are in for the May 7, 2024 City Council Election.
This is a proposal to plat 186 acres. This plat will result in the creation of 365 single-family detached residential lots, 1 tract for single-family attached development, 1 neighborhood park site, the City of Lone Tree Regional Park site, and additional tracts for roads, infrastructure, open space, landscaping and trails.
The area proposed for subdivision is within the Southwest Village Planning Area; the Preliminary Plan for this development was approved by City Council on December 15, 2020. Per Sec. 17-4-20, this plat will be reviewed and approved by the City Manager.
