This is a proposal to plat 244 acres. This plat will result in the creation of 321 single-family detached residential lots, 1 tract for single-family attached development, 1 tract for a future public park site, 1 tract for a future school site, and additional tracts for roads, infrastructure, open space, landscaping, and trails. The area proposed for subdivision is within the Southwest Village Planning Area; the Preliminary Plan for this development was approved by City Councill on December 15, 2020. Per Sec. 17-4-20, this plat will be reviewed and approved by the City Manager.
