For an unforgettable night out, join the Lone Tree Arts Center Fund board for A Night in New Orleans! Admission and sponsorship will benefit the Lone Tree Arts Center (LTAC) and its signature and community impact programming.

On Saturday, March 11, 2023, the LTAC will open its doors to welcome up to 225 for a festive New Orleans-themed Gala. Guests will enjoy lavish hor d-oeuvres of meat, seafood and desserts paired with delicious wine, beer and cocktails. There will also be party favors, a champagne toast, and a step and repeat for the best party pictures.

Following the party, guests will be treated to a one-of-a-kind performance.

The World-Renowned New Orleans Preservation Hall Jazz Band

“Preservation Hall Jazz Band performing on our stage is really special – bands of their caliber rarely perform in halls our size and instead play at Red Rocks and big amphitheaters,” says Leigh Chandler, Lone Tree Arts Center Artistic Director and Interim Executive Director.

“Being able to see them in a 500-seat theater with LTAC’s incredible acoustics is a once-in-lifetime opportunity. Even if you’re not into jazz, the artistry and the energy of Preservation Hall Jazz Band will blow you away!”

Preservation Hall Jazz Band is a true New Orleans institution that defines the tradition of Crescent City music.

There will be no silent auction or additional “asks” for donations as there are at a traditional Gala. The price of admission or sponsorship will be the donation.

The Lone Tree Arts Center Fund board hopes to raise $50,000 from Gala ticket sales and sponsorships, which will benefit LTAC’s programming.

“All proceeds from Gala ticket sales and sponsorships will directly benefit LTAC. Gifts like these have a wide reach, allowing us to provide our signature breadth of high-quality, entertaining, and educational programs for people of all ages and abilities,” says Dana Ciccotello, Director of Grants and Corporate Development. “This will be a great party for a wonderful cause!”

Ticket Sales for Impact

The Gala’s fundraising will help LTAC continue community impact programs like Student Matinees, Sensory Friendly Programming and SPARK!, an interactive and engaging cultural experience for people experiencing memory loss and their caregivers.

Opportunities to enjoy A Night in New Orleans come as sponsorship packages or tickets to the Gala and concert.
